If you were wondering were Robert "Frank" Rocha was these last few day...wonder no more. He was competing at the Ifmar 1/10 scale Nitro Pre-Worlds event in Houston TX. This is a warm up race to the World Championship in July. Frank runs for Team Serpent and qualified in the top half but had a front belt come off in the quarter finals. Better luck next time.
